1. Acceptance of Terms

2.4 One Account Per Person

You are permitted to maintain only one (1) account with pkvip7. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts, forfeiture of any winnings, and potential legal action. 2.5 Account Security

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

pkvip7 accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other methods as displayed on the Platform. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified on the Platform, which may vary depending on the payment method selected. Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your pkvip7 account are legally obtained and belong exclusively to you.

3.2 Withdrawals

4. Bonus Terms and Promotions

5.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure, all affected bets and payouts shall be void, and affected funds will be refunded to player accounts. pkvip7 is not liable for any losses, damages, or lost opportunities resulting from game malfunctions, system downtime, or technical issues. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend games at any time for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

6. Responsible Gaming

6.1 Self-Exclusion and Limits

pkvip7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools that allow you to set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion periods. Once set, these limits cannot be increased immediately and may be subject to a cooling-off period. Self-exclusion can be requested for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion periods, you will not be able to access your account or participate in any gaming activities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkvip7, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services. Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to pkvip7 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by pkvip7

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any other policies
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Becoming ineligible to use the Services
• Extended periods of account inactivity
• At our sole discretion for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons

9.2 Termination by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you following completion of all pending wagering requirements and subject to our verification procedures. Bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Services immediately ceases. We reserve the right to retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes following account termination.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction specified above.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and pkvip7 regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver

No waiver by pkvip7 of any breach or default under these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce such provision or any other provision in the future.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to assign or transfer these Terms and all related rights and obligations to any third party without restriction or notice to you.

11.5 Force Majeure

pkvip7 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, internet or telecommunications failures, or equipment malfunctions.
